In a number of other groups I regularly inhabit, those using the Google
entry to usenet seem to have a lot of problems - and me, I keep getting
locked out for some reason or other - never the same one, I might add.

Fortunately, my server seems to be keeping usenet - except for the
digital stuff, which I never used anyway.

Agreed. Works fine for me, pretty much everywhere in the US I've been
in the past fifteen months.
